Registration of a permit for permanent residence in Belgium and Luxembourg / obtaining a passport series PP.
Registration of a permit for permanent residence outside the Republic of Belarus to a citizen of the Republic of Belarus who temporarily left the Republic of Belarus.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On the Procedure for the Exit from the Republic of Belarus and Entry into the Republic of Belarus of Citizens of the Republic of Belarus”, citizens of the Republic of Belarus who temporarily left the Republic of Belarus and decided to stay permanently in Belgium / Luxembourg by appointment, personally apply to the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Belgium with a request for a permanent residence permit in Belgium / Luxembourg and provide s the following documents:
statement; passport of the applicant; Minor’s passport & ndash; if the applicant has an underage child who is staying with him for permanent residence in Belgium / Luxembourg / passports or other documents proving the identity of the legal representatives of the minor; Applicant’s questionnaire; questionnaire of the minor child of the applicant & ndash; in the event that the applicant has a minor child remaining with him for permanent residence in Belgium / Luxembourg; autobiography (at the request of a consular officer). Should be written by hand or using computer technology, which consistently indicates the date and place of birth of the applicant, his education, the period of study and the name of the institution, marital status, the presence or absence of children, data on the parents: name, year of birth, place of residence, if the parents died, the full name, year of birth and date of death, place of residence of the applicant in Belarus, date and purpose of departure abroad, address of residence abroad, name of the organization and position for after to the work place in Belarus, the date of registration for military registration in Belarus, as well as the grounds for the release or deferment of conscription in accordance with the decision of the draft commission, are indicated for persons subject to conscription for military service; two color photos of the applicant, corresponding to his age, the size of 40×50 mm (one sheet); two color photos of the minor child of the applicant aged 14 to 18 years, corresponding to his age, the size of 40×50 mm (one sheet) & ndash; in the event that the applicant has a minor child remaining with him for permanent residence in Belgium / Luxembourg; the applicant’s birth certificate; child’s birth certificate & ndash; if the applicant has a child under 16 years of age; certificate of change of last name, first name, middle name & ndash; in the event of a change in the name of the applicant, his own name, patronymic; marriage certificate & ndash; in case the applicant is married; certificate of divorce or a copy of the court’s decision to dissolve the marriage & ndash; in case of the applicant’s dissolution of marriage; death certificate of the applicant’s father (mother) & ndash; in case of his (her) death; death certificate of the applicant’s spouse (mate) & mdash; in case of his (her) death; the written consent of the persons who are on the applicant’s maintenance or the legal representative of the minor child of the applicant for registration of the applicant’s permanent residence outside the Republic of Belarus, notarized, & ndash; in the case of the presence of the said persons subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Belarus (in the absence of such consent, a copy of the court’s decision on the possibility of registering the applicant for permanent residence outside the Republic of Belarus without the consent of the said persons); the applicant’s work record card (if any); a document issued by Belgium / Luxembourg confirming the applicant’s right to reside in the country; a document confirming the payment of the fee.

In addition to these documents, minors are:
Written consent of a legal representative of a minor to register a minor with permanent residence outside the Republic of Belarus, notarized, & ndash; in the event that the legal representative does not issue permanent residence outside the Republic of Belarus jointly with the minor (in the absence of such consent, a copy of the court decision on the registration of a minor to a minor outside the Republic of Belarus without the consent of such a legal representative or a copy of the court’s decision to recognize such a lawful representative of incapable, or a copy of the decision of the court to deprive such a legal representative of parental rights, or a copy of the decision (ruling) of the court or a criminal investigation body to declare the search for such a legal representative, or the Marriage Agreement or the Children’s Agreement (copies of which are notarized), a copy of the court decision declaring the legal representative of the minor dead, or recognizing him as missing, or the certificate of the registry office containing information from the record the birth certificate, if the record of the parents of the child is made in accordance with Article 55 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and the Family, & ndash; in the event that one of the legal representatives of a minor is absent. Written consent of legal representatives for registration of a permanent residence outside the Republic of Belarus, notarized by a notary, & ndash; in the event that a minor remains for permanent residence outside the Republic of Belarus without legal representatives.
All documents issued by the civil registration authorities in Belgium / Luxembourg (birth, marriage, etc.), the Belgian / Luxembourg justice authorities (judgments of courts, etc.) and other administrative authorities of Belgium / Luxembourg must be stamped & laquo; Apostille & raquo; and translation into Russian (Belarusian). When applying for a permanent residence permit in Belgium / Luxembourg, the applicant must confirm that he has permission from the national authorities to reside in the host country. For the registration of a permanent residence permit in Belgium / Luxembourg from each applicant, incl. underage children, a consular fee is collected in accordance with the current tariff & ndash; 175 euros. Registration time limit & ndash; 4 months. In addition, 3 months for the design of a general international passport (passport series PP). If a negative decision is taken on the petition of the applicant, no refunds are made!
