Business immigration.
Re: Business immigration.
2. What do you mean? The term & quot; permanent residence & quot; – This is the registration of your residence abroad for Russian government agencies, in Spain you will be issued a residence permit (residence permit) first for a year, with the possibility of extension, then two, then again two, and then all the time for five.
3. I did not understand the meaning of the question. This is not a tourist visa, Spain is not interested in your income in Russia, if you are going to live and work in Spain. If you are going to live on the income received from Russia – it is a residence permit “without the right to work”, i.e. You will not be able to work, at least for the first year. If you plan to work in Spain – it’s a completely different kind of residence permit and your income in Russia is not interested in Spain; they are important income that you will receive (or already get, as in your hypothetically planned case) and for which you will live in Spain itself.

Re: Business immigration.
That’s what I wanted to say. Formally – everything is in your hands, practically – it’s a very long red tape for years without a practical result. It is much easier and cheaper to get a student visa or a visa for a residence permit “without the right to work.” So the whole hordes of more or less well-off people immigrated to Spain. For ordinary Russians, of course, this method is not suitable – too expensive. But you’re not exactly “ordinary”.

Re: Business immigration.
1. Do you really need to create jobs for the Spanish? I think of a small business in which I will be busy myself. Business is real, but I will not be paid wages.
2. What are my rights with this immigration? Permanent residence for the family at once for several years or is it a visa that must be renewed once a year?
3. Do you need permanent income in Russia for this kind of immigration?

I confirm to you the words of the assistant. he wrote you all right.
from myself I can say the following: percent on 80, I guarantee that you will burn. First you need to live here, understand how everything works, and then try to do something.
1. Yes, you need a couple of hired workers and income at the end of the year, as well as rather big taxes to the government. and then on the basis of these data, you can also try to get through your business. count this & quot; bodyguard & quot; 3 years minimum.
2. it is pointless to answer, since you first need to get yourself into the vunge. in general at first (years so 5) some duties and no rights.
3. You better name your financial capabilities. it will be easier to say, it is worthwhile for you to come here at all and on what grounds.

and how much time is needed for “acclimatization” and obtaining a work permit? just how much the process is labor-intensive?
